Terms and Conditions – a777 Platform Rules and Policy

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete legal agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and a777 ("the Platform", "we", "us") in respect of your access to and use of the a777 website, game services, sports betting section, bingo rooms, slots catalogue, promotions and all other features made available through a777.

By registering an account, making a deposit in PKR, placing a bet, or using any part of the a777 platform, you are confirming that you have read these Terms carefully and that you accept them without reservation. These Terms apply to all users regardless of the device used to access the platform.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on a777. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, email address, phone number, payment method, device or IP address — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, a777 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances or winnings.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. a777 will never ask you for your password via email, chat or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on a777 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

• JazzCash – instant mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Easypaisa – instant mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Raast – instant interbank PKR transfer
• Bank Transfer – standard PKR bank transfer to all major domestic banks

Deposits are credited to your a777 account balance in PKR once the transaction is confirmed through the relevant payment channel. For JazzCash and Easypaisa, this is typically near-instant. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing time.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Before requesting a withdrawal, you must have completed any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonuses credited to your account. Withdrawals of funds derived from active bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will not be processed until those requirements are met.

a777 reserves the right to carry out identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal. You may be asked to provide a copy of your national ID card (CNIC), a screenshot of your JazzCash or Easypaisa account, or confirmation of your bank account details. This is a standard security measure to protect your funds and prevent fraud.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

a777 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses for new registrations, PKR deposit match bonuses, free bingo tickets, enhanced cricket odds during PSL and major T20 series, and seasonal jackpot event bonuses. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the Promotions page alongside the offer.

General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any withdrawal can be requested.
• Bonuses are issued in PKR and contribute to your bonus balance, which is separate from your real-money balance until wagering requirements are completed.
• Each promotion applies to one account per player, per household and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same promotion from multiple accounts constitutes abuse and will result in account closure.
• Free bingo tickets carry their own prize caps and may only be used in designated bingo rooms. Any winnings from free tickets are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or participating in any game on a777 — including sports betting on Cricket, PSL, T20, Football and Esports, slots, bingo rooms or any other game in the game lobby — you agree to the specific rules governing that game or market. General betting and gaming rules applicable across the platform are as follows:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the platform.
• Bets placed using bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements of the applicable promotion.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure or data feed interruption that affects odds or game outcomes, a777 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.
• For live in-play betting on Cricket and other sports, odds update in real time. It is the player's responsibility to check odds at the time of bet placement. Once a bet is accepted, the odds shown at the time of acceptance are final.

7 Responsible Gaming

9 Account Suspension and Closure

a777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable time when requested.
• Detection of duplicate accounts linked to the same individual.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Sustained irregular betting patterns consistent with exploitation of promotions or platform vulnerabilities.
• Player-requested self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.

In cases where an account is closed due to a verified Terms breach, any outstanding bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus activity during the period of breach may be voided. Real-money balances deposited by the player are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the breach.

10 Privacy and Data

Your personal information is collected, stored and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By creating an account on a777, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
